I wanted to catch the lion in a yawn. I see our cats and see the big cats and well they have such the same mannerisms.

Today Allison and I took Eva over to the zoo. I also got to use a real camera again so I was able to get some decent photos at the zoo. I love photographing the animals at the zoo. I also met a zoo volunteer who does many of the photos for the zoo and promotional materials.

This is Epiphany and also Little Christmas. My parent's keep their tree up until Little Christmas each year, the Christmas season gets stretched to three weeks for us and we have a nice little get together at the house. More at The Benspark. Audio, and more at Utterz.com

Early morning light in New England. When I go to work and it is dark and head home it is still dark. Gotta love New England in the winter. This photo marks a change for Photo-A-Day where I will title the image rather than just number it. More at The BenSpark Audio, and more at Utterz.com

I went with a fun approach for the 1000th photo. I set up the camera and where I wanted it and then had Allison hand me my cameras as well as push the shutter. Then I used Photoshop to merge the photos together. Of course after taking 1000 consecutive photos and posting them each day makes me feel exactly how I look in this photo. More at The BenSpark.
