They sent a Deputy to his home and he filled out an Affidavit with the words under Penalty of Perjury and Arrest on it.. Smith and the Smith County Sheriff's Dept. ... it Also had an Attachment which stated Police Misconduct : A Preponderance of Perjury- Testimony To Congress Al Dershowitz -- So I was given a written notice which said HARASSMENT by Taylor Heaton which is EXAGGERATED AND OVER ZEALOUS prosecution of my 1st Amendment right to FREE Speech including sending e-mails to discharged Jury Members whom were on my Jury in my case and Rendered a FALSE VERDICT due to Police Perjury AND WAS SENT TO MANY TEXAS MEDIA /outlets Such as Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, etc... LA Times SF Chronicle, ...and Dallas NBC 5 Taylor Heaton nor did any one of those 6 jurors or Judge Rodgers or Complaint Officer S Dunkin Caught on that THE DESTROYED Camera card was Physical Evidence of the MALICIOUS INTENT of Lt. Lile and Sgt. R. M. Smith as it was taken away from me Two times and shown to them a Third time as the Camera card was at the Bailiff's Desk Public Defender McIntryre had to retrieve IT from this location and then showed it to the jury a third time but they never figured this out !!! PATHETICALLY INCOMPETENT JURY the E-mail which Neal Barton NBC 56 news Director complained about was sent to him twice HE SAW THIS but NO ONE SEES the real Criminals NEITHER DO YOU so they all got what they deserved and are NOT TOLERATED Maybe you can pass this on TO the next female at BP or some of those other e-mails. The E-mails were never HARASSING as the Deputy Chief of Police of Vicksburg , Miss Richard O' Bannon site of a Famous Civil War Battle THE VICKSBURG CAMPAIGN was sent these same E-mails and he never made this comment Richard O Bannon Gerald maybe you should learn to read better sometimes !!
