Nice picture! but i notice from the Camera Exif Data, that you used an ISO of 400.... You can cut down the noise, and increase the shutter open time if you use smaller ISO - I'm sorry if you knew that already, but otherwise, I hope it helps!
Equally, you might be able to use a small aperture (larger F number) if you use your lens a little bit longer.
