Meteor! |
by fotonix |
Modern digital SLR's are very powerful tools in capturing the night sky quickly and successfully. This was an idle attempt to capture a Perseid meteor(seeming to originate from the constellation of Perseus). It worked! Have a look around this full-resolution image and see if you can find it. You can see the Perseids every August, around about the 11th, when they reach a few dozen per hour.
