Took sailing lessons with my husband several years ago - but we never finished all the way. It was so much fun though. I love being out on the water - really no other place I'd rather be. Too bad I'm land locked right now. But sailing is a serious load of work - think I'd rather own a yacht. ; )

Cool! Seeing all those boats kinda made me want to try it sometime! A yacht might be less work, but doesn't sounds as much fun!

Ok - so lounging on the upper deck - sipping a pina colada - soaking up rays - while your crew waits on you hand and foot - doesn't sound like FUN????? Are you sure your only in your twenties??? : P

Pretty sure yeas, and for a few more years last time I checked! Why own a boat to do nothing boat related on it and just sip alcool and relax? Souns quite costly for someting you can do at home :P And I didn't say it would be any fun, just that a sail boat sound more fun.

Ok - we will just have to agree to disagree on this one. Maybe when I buy my yacht - I can hire you on as a crew member that way you can work your butt off and I can sip drinks and we can both be happy. Of course by the time I can afford a yacht you'll be at LEAST 70 - soooo.....

I'll have to refuse that offer... not interested to work on a yacht. Maybe if you buy a nice big sailboat instead (like the three masted one I'll post pics of eventually), then I might reconsider. I would accept an offer to spend time layin on the top deck though...
