Developing (what we are) an unfolding interior freedom & integrity, confidence & idenitiy is the inner journey of our lives. Yes, I agree the search is within, Jung termed it individuation. We harness our limitless potential for growth in a process he termed the transcendent function.
He did not delineate any specific technique for accomplishing this, so I guess it's in our individual hands to figure it out.
What is needed in our modern culture is a renewed ethos & catalysis that is spiritually compelling for these young people.
