This old trailer from the 70's was on the property. We actually used it while doing some of the land preparation work. I never would have thought so when I firts saw it, but it was quite clean & comfortable.

It took us 3-4 days of tree cutting to clear the area we needed. Then we had to split the wood!

Fortunately the only large trees we had to cut were some poplars, a few birches, and a trembling aspen, all of which are plentiful and grow rapidly. We only downed a few slower growth sugar maples, elms and ashes.
