We absorbed the blossoms from down by the Bureau of Engraving, near the Tidal Basin. This is just south of the Washington Monument.

There are over 3,000 cherry trees. Supposedly, peak was 2 days before when we were there, but there wasn't a bare cherry branch in sight.
