Ive been fasicinated by this patch o stuff growing along side the house. In the morning, this patch is lush and beautiful. I did some research and found out this patch is actually a pesky weed that likes to choke out other plants. It's called the asiatic day flower. What is interesting is how this thing is in full bloom in the morning, looking awesome, and then when I get home from work, the flowers would be gone. For a while I thought I was hallucinating.

These tiny icing stars were lying on the kitchen counter at work. I guess they fell off someone's cookie. I wouldn't have noticed except I have kitchen duty this week. argh.
