Photography is many things to many people. For some it's just something to decorate a house, to others something their grandmothers bore them with, for some it is a business, and some a thought provoking emotional experience. For each person photography takes on it's own meaning. For me it has become a way of worship. It has a way of bringing attention to details in objects, people and actions that normally would not be noticed. It takes time and patience. Just like in a devotion where you read the Bible. It requires you to studying details, carefully analyzing, time and patience. It is details that draws my focus in photography and guides me into worship with God. In following the steps I follow while doing a devotion I find my self studying things I would usually blow off. In doing so I begin to realize just how incredible all the creation is around me.

Having said that anyone can do photography, and if you are a Christian, try looking at it as a devotion. As long as you are looking for God you will see some incredible things, and maybe even shoot some.
