Julie uploaded a photo: Out of the Rubble2008 Challenge - Week 25: Demolition on the old elementary school building is under way. The pile of rubble ain the foreground used to be a brick wall that held a plaque commemorating construction of the original building (left) in 1964. I hope they'll do something to make it part of the new building. Other schools have similar, but smaller, plaques in their lobby areas. Perhaps they'll install it there. |
