Bio
'k so I'm 14, started my interest in photography at age 11/12. I got into *serious* photography at age 13. I got my Nikon D40 on November 30th, 2007. I have added an M2 Extension tube, a 50mm f/1.8 (E series)a 55mm f/3.5 Micro-Nikkor Pre-AI from 1966, an SB-600 and some filters. July 8th, 2008: Added 70-210mm f/4.5-5.6 AI-S Zoom-Nikkor. July 29th, 2009: Added 135mm f/2.8 Nikkor-Q. I'm always thinking about taking photos. I'll be outside at school (or walking to/from) and see a shot in my head across the street. I don't rarely have my camera walking to/from school, though. I think I might try to bring my camera everywhere with me, now, or at least most places.

David Chu @TRoth: I would say they fill the gaps, like D60, XSi, D90, then 50D, then D300 in that order. 1 week ago [Web]
David Chu Or if you want the equivalent of your 40D I'll trade you my D40. >_> 1 week ago [Web]
David Chu Well if you want video with super cool DoF control, the new D90, or if you want faster fps and a more rugged body with seals all over, D300. 1 week ago [Web]
David Chu Note: No AF during movie mode, you can use MF. That would be a huge strain on the battery if it AF'd anyway. 1 week ago [Web]
David Chu and @TRoth's first post: YES :D 1 week ago [Web]
David Chu @Wolfman: HA! Told you to go Nikon. ;-) 1 week ago [Web]

David Chu It's definitely not a program for editing, though, just conversion/viewing (it is ViewNX after all). 1 week ago [Web]
David Chu Well you can get Lightroom and ViewNX (free) which will convert your RAW files with the camera settings attached. 1 week, 1 day ago [Web]
David Chu I like Lightroom more, but if you're shooting RAW Lightroom won't read your camera settings (like saturation, contrast, etc). 1 week, 1 day ago [Web]
