To request a change from OpenID to email/password for sign-on, email your request to zfeedback@bbridgetech.com

You will need to provide your email address and password that you want to use to sign-on with.

I've always been interested in this, and it probably comes down to an education problem.

I've never had any problems with OpenID.
I've not signed into Zooomr in months, and when I had to last, VeriSign's seatbelt sufficed beautifully.

I'm sure your browser's auto-complete would suffice almost as well.

No, until Kristopher implements some sort of account management interface, you'll have to email him to request password changes too.

I've got to do these manually for now which is less than ideal. I'm getting dozens of requests a day to do things though so if you email me and I haven't done it, just keep bugging me. Hopefully soon we'll have better automated tools to do this.

ok.... now with zmr 2008, kris has got a better account / settings thing going... BUT
i still cannot change from signing in with openID...

I'm confused. You can't set an e-mail address/password in settings and sign in using it?!

I had the same problem after following Kristopher's response here. I found that you need to log in with your username instead of your email address, even thought the login page asks for email address. Very confusing.

I also noticed that because the Retrieve Password function does not work for me. I think the error was something along the lines of being unable to find an account linked to the email address supplied.

Ok how do I start this process of convertinhg my login from openid to normal? Who do I email?

As Ping commented above, just log in with your USERNAME, jammerj, instead of email address. Fill in email address box with your USERNAME.
Prior to that, you should register your password at "Settings" if you have not done it yet.
