How do I do that?
I don't want to use openid to log in anymore and just want to login with email and password.
I've been in my setting s to set a password, but when I log out and try to login with my email and pwd, then it can't. Please help

You have to use your "USERNAME" instead of e-mail. It is said e-mail though.
If you haven't registered your PASSWORD yet, do it at "Settings" prior to sign-in procedure with USERNAME.

Why don't they change that on log in pages??

Yeah, I sent a request a while ago to request a conversion because the FAQ said you'll have to contact them to get them to do it. Never heard from them about it.

Cool. I've asked 3 or 4 times to get converted from OpenID to login, and never got a response. This seems easy enough once you get past the semantic traps!
