Hi everyone! I have a couple of silly questions:
1. How do I change my profile pic/avatar? I tried clicking around in settings to no avail.
2. How does geotagging work? jUploadr doesn't seem to make a difference when uploading photos, and when I try to do it through the website and get to the map, any search query for a place results in a "There was an error processing this directive" message.

View the picture you want to make an avatar out of (full or partial), click the "Use this photo as your avatar?" (on the right hand side, under the camera information, geo, labels, etc.)
Follow the instructions from there.

geotagging...
last i checked, the search field doesn't work at all. however, you can still pan and zoom to get to the location you want.
also, geotagging doesn't work with IE. try Firefox.

Thanks guys! Hopefully the Geotagging search will be fixed soon, since tracking stuff down manually is a bit painful... if anything there should be an option to enter coordinates (can be fairly easily obtained from Google Maps). That was the data stays less "fuzzy".

If you have Google Earth, you can use Geotagger to add the coordinates to your pictures as metadata.
