I have been emailing the support email for MONTHS. I'm up to email #5. I made an account back in July '06. I've posted a few pictures and never used it. I'm now trying to get access to that account again, but can't remember my password or the email address I used. It can only be a few emails, but, with no password recovery feature, I can't GET MY PASSWORD.
I am getting really upset. I want the pictures deleted. I don't want them up anymore. But no one at the help email has replied to me. SOMEONE HELP. Send me my password or delete the account. I'm sure it's been inactive for over a year. COME ON. PLEASE HELP ME.

I would suggest sending one last email to both Thomas Hawk at tom@thomashawk.com and Kristopher at kris.tate+zooomr@gmail.com and see if that gets you any support.
I can't really tell you why nobody has responded to your request except that Zooomr really doesn't have anyone on staff to support their users.

gossamerflame, you have two accounts. I can try to change the password on the account. Which of the two would you like me to try and change the password to? If you'd rather handle this though zmail feel free to zmail me the details.
One of the problems with old accounts is that they used to be based on odd user names that ended in @Z01. These accounts were originally signed up with OpenID. There is currently no way to reset your OpenID password through Zooomr. To compound the problem these @Z01 user names cannot be used to log into Zooomr with our new login system.
The best that we can do is to change the username to a new all letter user name that you can then use with a new password to log into the account with the new log in system. So what I'd need from you would be:
1. the url for the account that you'd like to gain access to.
2. What you'd like your new user name to be on that account.
3. What you'd like your new password to be on this account.
Once I have these three things I can change these and you should be able to access the account. The only caveat is that when you log in you need to disregard the directions to submit your email and password from the log in page (even though it says to use your email you will only be able to access your account by putting your newly changed user name into the email field).
This is all confusing of course and hopefully at some point in the future we will have a proper password recovery tool.

OpenID accounts don't have a password (at least, not to access Zooomr), Tom.
I know I don't use any password whenever I log into Zooomr. Much props to Kristopher for jumping on the OpenID bandwagon.

I sent you a Zmail with the info you requested. I hope it goes through.
Thank you very much for the help. As a chronic password forgettor I was getting frustrated not being able to figure out how to get access to the old account!!

Sorry to be a pain but - did you get the Zmail? Is this going to be taken care of anytime soon?

Once again I'm getting no response to this or to Zmails. Is something wrong? Is there some reason you refuse to fix this so I can have access to my account?
