What do you think of the layout? Compared to other cameras? Flaws? What do you love? What improvements could me made?

I know I love the shutter and ON/OFF switch being as they are and the 2-button reset. I don't like the OK button being 3cm away from the navigator pad. I also find shooting mode and AF buttons hard to reach.

My D80 is the first Nikon I've ever used, and the first non-PAS camera I've used. I've found the button placement very intuitive and have worked well for me so far.
