Lets give these guys some time to sort all that out, then we'll gt some more admins/officers involved, and make something special of this group!! Any ideas what you guys want to do with it? I have, but its your group. Zmial me Acbird

|
|
well hi to Oxford, Hull, Manchester.. Glad you had a sunny time of it.. I've been revising for my finals (maters degree). Check the new thread about the Wiki. The bugs report page is a zoho wiki site ( http://zooomr.wiki.zoho.com/ ) so we could do something similar - but obviously better looking!!

Gronw - Not sure yet! The group is still small and young. When it grows, we might have trouble organising all the photos (the photo pool) and where people are from and such like... it would be easy on wiki, because it's user driven! IT would also show our love of Zoho!

Eey uup from sticky Leamington Spa... I'm not quite sure yet what all this Zipline and Groups malarky is all about but its always more fun to find out in some jolly good company. Oh, and before I forget although I'm actually German I think this is the right group for me since I've been roughing it for almost 9 years now on 'yer island ;-)

Hello from Cheltenham!
I join this group but yet, ironically, none of my current photos were taken in the UK! They're all the ones from my trip to Japan. British ones will soon be on the way, though.
I like the sound of these photowalks.
P.S. How do you give yourself a profile picture? I joined about a week ago and I still haven't figured it out yet!

@urbanprofanity: Usually the profile pic has a tool that allows you to select one for your profile, but as yet that hasn't made the jump to MKIII, but I understand it is on the way.

|
@TravisP: I thought that might be the case. Thanks for confirming - I'll be looking out for Zooomr fixing it hopefully soon!

Hi people. I must say I'm not British, and I'm not in the Uk, however, I'm from pissy rainy Mallorca (contrast for you with all sunny cities!) and my mother is English, from Burton-on-Trent. I went to university in the UK, Bradford in West Yorks and I lived there for 5 years. My sister does live in Central London and my grandmother still in Burton and she used to work for Bass Beer (now Coors).
During my stay at Bradford, I did visit a lot of places as I was in the Volleyball Team playing for the BUSA league. Unfortunately I was too poor to be able to afford a decent camera and didn't have much time to go walkies with it. I now have an Olympus E400.
I do remember as a kid spending a few summer weeks in a very small town in North Whales of which I can only attempt to spell (not even pronounce!) Llwyngryryll, or something like that, quite close to Aberywyth (If I did even spell that right!)
Anyway, proven that I do have a bit of British knowledge and that I also speak the language daily, may I join the group?
I also have an original Triumph Bonneville 750 T140 in my garage. Does that add extra points? :D

Are there any other UK users out there ?
